Finance Manager

We are looking for a skilled Finance Manager with 4 to 7 years of experience to join our team in Visakhapatnam. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Conduct in-depth financial analysis to assess the company's financial performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop annual budgets and financial forecasts in collaboration with department heads.
• Create complex financial models to support strategic planning, investment decisions, and scenario analysis.
• Gather, validate, and analyze financial and operational data from multiple sources.
• Identify financial risks and opportunities and provide recommendations to mitigate risks.
• Prepare and present financial reports and findings to senior management and stakeholders.

• Master's degree in Finance or Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Finance.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and independently.
• Ability to analyze financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and risk management.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting standards.
