• Manage, guide, and motivate a team of OPCs/Field Executives to achieve business targets.
• Plan and monitor daily field activities and market coverage plans.
• Ensure effective market penetration in assigned territories.
• Conduct regular field visits with team members to monitor performance and provide coaching.
• Develop strategies to increase customer acquisition and brand visibility.
• Resolve field-level operational challenges and support team members in achieving targets.
