Field Service Engineer

Job Description:

Lipi Data Systems Ltd. is looking for dynamic and customer focused Engineers Customer Support to join our growing service team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation, configuration, and maintenance of Kiosks, Printers, and Scanners.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware-related issues within defined TAT.
• Perform preventive maintenance and on-site service visits.
• Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution and spare management.
• Deliver excellent customer support while maintaining service quality standards.

Candidate Profile:

• Qualification: Any Graduate / Diploma / ITI in Electronics, Hardware & Networking, or related field.
• Experience: 0–4 years in IT hardware field service.
• Hands-on experience in servicing Printers, Scanners, and Self-Service Kiosks will be preferred.
• Good understanding of hardware and networking concepts.
• Good communication skills in regional language.
• Must own a two-wheeler and be willing to travel for field service.
