Job Summary

We are looking for energetic and result-oriented Field Sales Executives (XFE) to promote and sell Airtel Xstream Fiber broadband connections. The role involves customer acquisition through field activities, lead generation, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through door-to-door sales, society visits, and local market activities.
• Promote Airtel Xstream Fiber plans and explain product benefits to customers.
• Convert leads into successful broadband connections.
• Complete KYC and customer documentation accurately.
• Coordinate with the installation team for timely connection activation.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of Field Sales experience (Telecom/Broadband/FMCG/Banking preferred).
• Bike and valid Driving License are mandatory.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Comfortable with extensive field work.
