Field Sales Executive

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Field Sales Executive to join our team at The True HR. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and expand the customer base.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to increase sales revenue.
• Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans and promotions.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
• Identify and pursue new business leads and opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other sales techniques.

• Proven experience in sales and marketing, with a minimum of 2 years in a related field.
• Strong knowledge of sales principles, practices, and techniques, including negotiation and persuasion.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on achieving sales targets and objectives.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
