Job Summary

We are looking for energetic and result-oriented Field Sales Executives (XFE) to promote and sell Airtel Xstream Fiber broadband connections.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through field activities and local market visits.
• Promote Airtel Xstream Fiber plans and explain product benefits.
• Convert leads into successful broadband connections.
• Complete KYC and customer documentation.
• Coordinate with the installation team.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass.
• Minimum 1 year of Field Sales experience preferred.
• Telecom/Broadband/FMCG/Banking experience preferred.
• Bike and valid Driving License are mandatory.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Comfortable with field work.
