Roles and Responsibilities :

• Coordinate with various departments to identify talent requirements and develop strategies for campus hiring.
• Conduct mass recruitment drives on campuses, including bulk hiring and mass interviews.
• Manage the entire process of campus placements, from initial screening to final selection of candidates.
• Ensure timely communication with students regarding interview schedules, offer letters, and other relevant updates.

Job Requirements :

• 1-4 years of experience in campus recruitment or related field (campus hiring).
• Strong understanding of IT industry trends and market demands.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with students, faculty members, and corporate partners.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously during peak periods like graduation seasons.
