Key Responsibilities:

• Execute API manufacturing activities as per approved Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs), SOPs, and cGMP guidelines.
• Operate and monitor process equipment such as reactors, centrifuges, dryers, and filtration systems.
• Monitor critical process parameters and ensure compliance with process specifications.
• Coordinate shift activities to achieve daily production targets while maintaining product quality.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of production records and equipment logbooks.
• Maintain housekeeping, line clearance, and status labeling in the production area.
• Coordinate with QA, QC, Engineering, Warehouse, and EHS teams for smooth production operations.
• Identify and report deviations, incidents, and abnormalities, and support CAPA implementation.
• Follow EHS requirements and promote safe working practices on the shop floor.
• Participate in training, process improvements, and initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce operational losses.
