Blast Furnace -Mechanical
Supervision of the mechanical maintenance and repair of the Blast furnace and its auxiliary equipment, leading a team of mechanics to ensure operational efficiency, safety, and adherence to industry regulations.
plant maintenance, managing inventory, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards of HBS, GCP, BLT, WGHRS, Axial Cyclone.
In-depth knowledge of blast furnace mechanical systems, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, and water-cooled piping.
Troubleshoot mechanical issues, identify root causes of problems, and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime.
Managing the shift and attending all breakdown, Preventive Predictive maintenance.
