Job Description
Key Responsibilities
1. Manpower Planning Recruitment
Coordinate end-to-end hiring for warehouse staff (associates, supervisors, shift in-charges).
Manage bulk hiring drives for peak season requirements.
Ensure timely onboarding and documentation of all new joiners.
Maintain manpower MIS and attrition reports.
2. Employee Lifecycle Management
Handle onboarding, induction, and exit formalities.
Manage attendance, leave records, and shift coordination.
Address employee grievances and disciplinary matters.
Conduct exit interviews and attrition analysis.
3. Statutory Compliance
Ensure compliance with labor laws (ESIC, PF, Bonus, Minimum Wages, CLRA, etc.).
Coordinate with vendors/contractors for statutory documentation.
Maintain audit-ready HR records.
4. Payroll Attendance Coordination
Verify attendance and overtime data before payroll processing.
Coordinate with payroll team for wage calculations.
Ensure minimum wage and statutory compliance in salary payouts.
5. Employee Engagement Welfare
Drive engagement initiatives and festival celebrations.
Conduct town halls and feedback sessions.
Ensure grievance redressal mechanism is effective.
Monitor workplace discipline and culture.
6. Performance Productivity Support
Support operations team in productivity improvement initiatives.
Assist in performance evaluation processes.
Track absenteeism, shrinkage, and workforce efficiency.
7. Vendor Contractor Management
Manage third-party manpower agencies.
Monitor contract compliance and workforce deployment.
Ensure billing verification and manpower reconciliation.
