Everytime was founded in 2010 by Kim Han-gi while he was a student at KAIST (Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology). Initially, it was created as a campus-specific platform for KAIST students. Due to its success and popularity, it expanded to include numerous universities across South Korea. The platform is managed by a dedicated team focused on maintaining a safe and useful environment for students. Everytime aims to provide a centralized online space for students to access information, connect with peers, and navigate university life.
