Job Title: Senior Analyst with Workato Integration Experience

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Analyst with extensive experience in Workato integrations to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in integration solutions, particularly with Workato, and will be responsible for supporting and enhancing our integration processes. This role requires a proactive individual who can analyze business requirements and translate them into effective integration solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement integration solutions using Workato to streamline business processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand integration needs.
• Monitor and troubleshoot existing integrations to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Provide support and training to end-users on Workato integrations and best practices.
• Document integration processes, workflows, and technical specifications.
• Stay updated with the latest Workato features and enhancements to leverage in integration projects.
• Assist in the evaluation and implementation of additional integration tools as needed.

Mandatory Skills:

• Proven experience with Workato integrations (deal breaker skill).

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with SAP systems and processes.
• Experience with Coupa procurement solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in integration analysis and support, with a focus on Workato.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
