- Define current-state, target-state, and transition architectures.
- Build enterprise capability maps, technology roadmaps, and reference architectures.
- Align technology investments with business strategy.
- Lead architecture review boards and design governance.
AI & Generative AI
Lead enterprise AI adoption including:
- Generative AI strategy
- Enterprise AI roadmap
