Key Responsibilities
Sales Workspace, AI CRM Lifecycle
- Sales Workspace AI Adoption: Lead technical discovery and Proof of Concepts (POCs) for integrating AI into the sales workspace, creating a seamless, intelligent environment that boosts rep productivity and provides actionable insights.
- Sales Lifecycle CRM: Drive system enhancements across Account Contact Management, Opportunity Management, and Forecasting to streamline the daily workflows of the sales organization.
- Transaction Lifecycle Management: Manage the technical and functional requirements for the Opportunity to Invoice and Quote to Cash processes, including Service Contracts and Entitlements.
- Sales Performance Management (SPM): Oversee systems related to Territory Quota Planning, the Commission Calculation Engine, and the Rep Earnings Statement Portal.
- Governance Analytics: Ensure robust Comp Plan Governance Audit processes and deliver high-impact Reporting Analytics for sales leadership.
Business Analysis Agile Delivery
- Work directly with business leaders and global/regional stakeholders to gather requirements, perform gap analysis, and conduct root cause analysis for business problems.
- Translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable technical specifications for development teams and architects.
- Write comprehensive user stories and acceptance criteria tailored to business needs.
- Drive Agile modeling sessions, lead sprint demos, and facilitate backlog grooming.
- Develop business case documents, business process diagrams, and functional use cases.
System Architecture, Integration Compliance
- Work with cross-functional teams to identify system and process dependencies across the enterprise architecture.
- Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including planning, execution, and defect resolution.
- Manage customer/stakeholder relationships, handling day-to-day interactions and effectively navigating escalations.
- Ensure strict compliance with SOX, business controls, and IT general controls (ITGC) across all sales and commission applications.
- Required Qualifications Experience
- CRM Transaction Lifecycle (Must-Have): Deep functional knowledge of the Salesforce (SFDC) ecosystem with a mandatory understanding of the CRM and transaction lifecycle.
- Process Expertise: Strong knowledge of Quote to Cash, Opportunity to Invoice, Service Contracts, and Entitlements using SFDC and NetSuite (NS).
- SPM Commissions: Proven experience dealing with sales commission calculation engines, quota planning, territory management, and compensation plan governance.
- Compliance: Familiarity with implementing and managing systems under SOX and ITGC compliance frameworks.
- Preferred / Nice-to-Have: Prior experience with CPQ cloud applications is highly advantageous but not strictly required.
