Job Description:

Junior Technician
Core Responsibilities

• Preventive Maintenance: Assist in servicing API equipment like Reactors (GLR/SSR) , Centrifuges, Dryers (RCVD/ANFD), and Pumps.
• Utility Operations: Monitor boilers, chillers, and HVAC systems.
• Electrical/Mechanical Support: Fitters: Gasket replacement, pump alignment, and mechanical seal checks.
  • Electricians: FLP (Flame-proof) motor checks, panel monitoring, and LOTO (Lock-out Tag-out) implementation.
• Compliance: Maintain daily logbooks and PM checklists strictly according to cGMP standards .
• Safety: Work strictly under Work Permit systems in hazardous solvent areas.

Key Requirements

• Technical: Basic knowledge of hand tools and reading technical drawings/circuit diagrams.
• Safety: Understanding of "Flame-proof" equipment and fire safety in chemical zones.
• Flexibility: Ready to work in Rotational Shifts.
• Mindset: Highly disciplined, detail-oriented, and safety-conscious.
