Engineer- Pyrolysis

Project Leadership:

• Develop project improvement plans, set milestones, and ensure timely delivery of

project objectives.

Process Design and Optimisation:

• Design, optimise, and scale pyrolysis processes for various feedstock materials,

ensuring efficiency and environmental sustainability.

• Collaborate with the R&D team to continuously improve pyrolysis technologies

and develop innovative solutions.

Equipment Selection and Procurement:

• Select appropriate pyrolysis equipment and technologies based on project

requirements.

Quality Control and Compliance:

• Implement and maintain rigorous quality control measures to ensure the

consistent production of high-quality end products.

• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and safety standards.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

• Analyse process data, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare comprehensive reports for internal and external stakeholders,

summarising project progress and outcomes.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, presenting

technical information clearly and concisely.Role & responsibilities

• Master's degree or higher in Chemical Engineering, Pyrolysis Engineering, or a related

field.

• Proven experience (7+ years) in pyrolysis process engineering.
• Strong knowledge of pyrolysis technologies, equipment, and relevant engineering

principles.

• Experience in team management, project planning, and execution.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Ability to adapt to new technologies and software applications.
• Knowledge of Carbon markets and regulations is a plus.
