Engineer - PPC

• Develop and implement production plans based on customer orders, forecasts, and inventory levels
• Create daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules
• Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as needed
• Coordinate with procurement, manufacturing, and logistics teams
• Ensure optimal utilization of manpower, machines, and materials
• Analyze production data to improve efficiency and reduce costs
• Maintain inventory levels and minimize stock shortages or excess
• Identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety regulations
• Prepare production reports and performance metrics

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
• 25 years of experience in production planning or manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of production planning and inventory control
• Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
• Good understanding of supply chain processes
