Job Description
- Ensure the delivery of products and services to customers meets the highest standards.
- Create an interactive and engaging store experience to build customer confidence.
- Follow the selling process and adhere to standard operating procedures and organizational policies.
- Maintain the cleanliness and visual appeal of the store at all times.
- Utilize time effectively to upgrade communication skills, gain knowledge of SOPs, and manage stock.
- Complete operational duties, including paperwork and sales reports, related to store opening and closing.
- Handle customer inquiries regarding product offerings, pricing, and billing.
- Meet established sales objectives by effectively selling products and services and address/resolve customer escalations professionally.
- Work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and stand in an enclosed area for 100% of the shift while assisting customers.
Job Requirements
- Freshers or candidates with up to 3 years of experience in retail sales.
- Availability to work during retail hours, weekends, and public holidays.
- Well-groomed, highly motivated, and possess a strong passion for sales.
- Proficient in spoken English.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Candidates must be based in Lucknow only.
- Open to experienced professionals.
- Salary will be between 20-25k per month based on last salary.
