Job Description
Electrician Key Responsibilities:
- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, wiring, lighting, power distribution panels, and electrical equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults, breakdowns, short circuits, and equipment failures efficiently.
- Carry out preventive maintenance and regular inspection of electrical equipment to ensure safe and reliable operation.
- Ensure all electrical work complies with safety standards, company procedures, and applicable electrical regulations.
- Work in rotational shifts and respond promptly to electrical breakdowns and emergency maintenance requirements.
HVAC Key Responsibilities:
- Perform installation, operation, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of HVAC systems, including AC units, AHUs, FCUs, chillers, and ventilation systems.
- Monitor HVAC equipment performance and ensure systems operate efficiently and safely as per required standards.
- Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration-related faults in HVAC equipment.
- Carry out regular inspections, maintenance schedules, and emergency breakdown repairs to minimize equipment downtime.
- Work in rotational shifts and maintain proper service records, maintenance reports, and safety procedures.
