Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Electrical Design Lead to lead and manage electrical design activities across projects. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring quality design delivery, compliance, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders
Working Days: Monday Saturday
Job Timing: 9hrs (9.30am to 6.30pm/9am to 6pm) according to project requirement

Salary14LPA- 15 LPAPrevious Work Experience
- 8 to 10 years of experience in Electrical Design.
- Minimum 3 years in a leadership/managerial role preferred.
- Experience in commercial & residential projects is desirable.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage electrical design activities for multiple projects.
- Prepare, review, and approve electrical drawings, BOQs, and specifications.
- Ensure compliance with IS, IEC, and other relevant standards.
- Coordinate with MEP, architectural, and structural teams.
- Develop and monitor project timelines and design deliverables
- Conduct technical reviews and resolve design-related challenges.
- Maintain quality and accuracy of all electrical design outputs.
- Handle client coordination, meetings, and approvals.
- Support procurement through technical evaluations and vendor coordination.
- Ensure adherence to safety and regulatory requirement.
Soft Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skill
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, ETAP, or similar tools.
- Strong knowledge of power distribution, lighting design, and load calculations.
- Familiarity with BIM coordination is an added advantage.
