Job Description
We are seeking an experienced BIM Manager to lead Scan to BIM projects, ensuring quality delivery, managing teams, and achieving project and revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end BIM projects from point cloud to final delivery
Lead data processing, modelling, and QC processes
Develop project libraries, templates, and workflows
Ensure quality standards & compliance across projects
Coordinate with clients for RFIs, inputs, and project updates
Train and mentor team members (20+ team handling)
Maintain project documentation & MIS reporting
Manage software tools, data security & project lifecycle
Drive process improvements & efficiency enhancements
Requirements
BE/ME Civil / Mechanical / Electrical
Strong experience in Scan to BIM / BIM management
Proven experience in team handling & project ownership
Lead data processing, modelling, and QC processes
Develop project libraries, templates, and workflows
