Editorial Internship

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with 0 to 1 years of experience to join our team as an Editorial Intern in New Delhi. The ideal candidate should be currently enrolled as a Master's student in communications, journalism, public relations, or science.

Roles and Responsibility

• Work on MS Word document formatting and editing, proofreading for corrections.
• Collaborate with the journal's editor and reviewers throughout the editorial workflow.
• Write engaging blog posts on education and research topics using internet resources.
• Upload content and metadata onto our website.
• Handle other editorial tasks as instructed by the supervisor.
• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of scholarly publishing processes and procedures.

Job Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a university program.
• Native or near-native English speaker with excellent writing skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational skills and ability to take initiative.
• Affinity for science, research news, and media.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Flexible work attitude and able to work under pressure.

The minimum full-time internship period is 6 weeks. For the in-office internship, the candidate will receive a nominal stipend to cover public conveyance fare.
