Location: Gurgaon and Noida
Experience: 0 to 1 year
Salary: Up to Rs. 3,00,000 CTC per annum

A reputed Gurgaon and Noida based BPO is hiring Customer Care Executives for its Domestic Customer Care and Voice Process. Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls for domestic clients
- Resolve customer queries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner
- Provide accurate information about products and services
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction on every interaction
- Document call details and update records in the system
- Follow process guidelines and quality standards
- Escalate unresolved issues to the relevant team when required
Candidate Requirements
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English
- 0 to 1 years of experience; freshers are welcome to apply
- Willingness to work in a voice process and rotational shifts
- Good listening skills and a customer first attitude
- Ability to handle pressure and resolve issues calmly
