Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Load ID creation
- DO approval ( GPS, bidding, truck health, other conditions)
- DO Reject (can't done on own) - approval from RC/PLH
- Shipment Print out to driver
- Yard Position Check - publish periodically
- If DO approval - Packing call issue or
- Post packing call Truck placement - coordination with transporter
- Dispatch Report/ MIS
- Pending Order Report
- Manual Tagging of trucks as advised by RC/PLH
- Green Channel (DOT)
- All error escalation (weighment, SAP, TMS etc.)
