Role & responsibilities
1. Monitoring and Review of Variable cost on daily basis and highlighting of Exceptional
2. Monitoring and Review of fixed cost and reporting of Exceptional
3. Preparation and submission of Various MIS report respect to Variable cost and Fixed cost in the prescribed format
4. Controlling and releasing budget in fund module in SAP and ensuring the budget are with in allowable limit
5. Preparation and submission of Audit schedule and completion of audit with in time limit
6. Timely uploading of required data in Power BI and ensure correctness of data with MIS report
7. Review of Expenses and inventory GL and Preparation of Schedule on monthly basis
8. Preparation and completion of cost audit and cost records and CO module in SAP
9. Preparation of detailed budget working (VC and FC and others details)
10. Preparation strategy decision as per requirement
11. Preparation of inventory valuation and monitoring of all inventory items co-ordination of Physical verification
12. Preparation of operational review and presenting to management
13. Good working knowledge in FICO, MM and good working knowledge in Microsoft Excel
