Job Summary

Hentech Engineering Solution is looking for a creative and performance-driven Digital Marketing Executive to strengthen our online presence, generate high-quality leads, and execute result-oriented digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in SEO, Social Media Marketing, Google Ads, and Lead Generation with a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Manage SEO activities to improve website ranking and organic traffic.
• Create, schedule, and manage engaging content for social media platforms.
• Plan and execute Google Ads campaigns to generate qualified leads.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize ROI.
• Generate and nurture leads through digital marketing channels.
• Coordinate with the sales team to improve lead conversion.
• Manage website content updates and landing pages.
• Track website traffic, campaign performance, and prepare MIS reports.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.

Eligibility Criteria

• Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience using marketing tools.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of WordPress or CMS platforms.
• Experience with Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar design tools.
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is an added advantage.
• Experience with CRM and Marketing Automation tools.
