Role & responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Achieve Slimming sales and execution targets through upselling and cross-selling.
• Ensure excellent customer service, follow-ups, satisfaction, and timely package completion.
• Lead, train, motivate, and manage the Slimming team.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, documentation, and reporting.
• Monitor client progress, treatment quality, and corrective actions.
• Manage equipment, stock, product usage, FIFO, cleanliness, and safety.
• Coordinate with Corporate for technical support, stock, promotions, and operations.
