Job Description
- 6–8 years of hands-on experience in DevOps with strong expertise in AWS and Azure cloud platforms.
- Strong experience with AWS services including EC2, VPC, S3, RDS, EBS, IAM, Lambda, CloudFront (CDN), EKS, ECS, ELB, ALB and CloudFormation.
- Hands-on experience with Azure services including Storage Accounts, Azure Active Directory (Azure AD), Key Vault, Virtual Machines, Azure Container Registry (ACR) and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
- Strong understanding of Azure networking and security concepts, including Virtual Networks (VNet), Hub-and-Spoke Architecture, Azure Firewall, Application Gateway, Web Application Firewall (WAF), NSGs and IP/Port Whitelisting.
- Experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, with a solid understanding of automation, source control, configuration management and deployment best practices.
- Hands-on experience with GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions, and Azure DevOps YAML pipelines for building, testing and deploying applications.
- Proficiency in scripting using Python, Bash, or Shell scripting to automate infrastructure provisioning, deployments and operational tasks.
- Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, Azure Bicep or equivalent technologies.
- Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes (AKS/EKS) for containerization, orchestration, deployment and scaling of applications.
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Amazon CloudWatch, AWS CloudTrail, Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog or equivalent platforms.
- Good understanding with security tools such as SonarQube, Trivy, TF scan or equivalent security platforms.
- Good understanding of DevOps best practices, cloud security, release management and deployment automation.
- Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
- AWS, Azure or Kubernetes certifications are preferred and will be considered an added advantage.
