Job Description
- Execute and implement changes as per development plan
- Visit, Assess and confirm capacity - supplier wise / part wise
- Joint warrenty analysis and implement countermeasures
- Proccess selection and establishment of process and ramp up for mass production
- APQP / PPAP / DFM, DVP etc.,
- Supplier wise - MIS reports and share with management
- Setting the norms for RM adjustment (Qtrly, Half Yearly)
- Providing ECR analysis and prioritize implement as per agreed list
- Identify the potential cost reduction ideas - part level
- Developing the cost break up / estimations
- Develop and implement alternate sources
- Monitor supplier performance and report
- NPD: Execute the action identified in each stages of Part Development process based on guidence from Sourcing Development Engineer action agreed with Supplier
- Initiate costing related workflow for IPSF, PCR, toolings etc
- Develop parts as per project mile stone conduct process Quality Audit to meet QCD Target
