Job Purpose
To effectively manage suppliers of specific category for theQCDD of required parts for both short and long term.
Key Responsibilities
1. Execute all engineering changes arising from internalstakeholders
2. Impliment actions identified for capacity enhancement
3. Impliment identified PACE projects as per the timeline
4. Frequent audit on finished goods stock of supplier bothonline / offline
5. Have signoff agreement with suppliers on all developmentactions related to PACE, Capacity, Quality & Delivery
6. Constant search of waste elimination initiave in process& raw material, logistics, packing etc
7. Bring out the need for additional suppliers inductionbased on QCDD performance of current supplier
NPD:
1. Conduct APQP process plan Development of parts requiredfor given project
2. Develop parts to support proto Alpha, Beta & QPrequirements as per project milestones
3. Meet target cost of parts / assembly from Design Stageonwards
4. Create capacity as per identified actions, whereever itis required as per guideline provided by respective CP - CH
