Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Provide technical support to end-users for desktop hardware, software, and network issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems related to desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems (OS) on Windows platforms.
- Collaborate with team members to identify root causes of recurring issues and implement solutions.
Job Requirements :
- 3-10 years of experience in desktop support engineering or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of DNS configuration, DHCP server management, IP addressing schemes.
- Proficiency in PC assembling, LAN configuration, Outlook configuration & troubleshooting.
