Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Senior Technical Manager with 15 to 18 years of IT experience, including at least 8 years in e-Governance. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in program and project management, leading large teams and delivering complex IT projects.
Roles and Responsibility
- Manage teams of over 100 people to ensure successful project delivery.
- Conduct big-picture analysis to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
- Ensure thorough working experience of QMS in IT projects.
- Utilize good communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
- Analyze problems and make informed decisions using analytical and decision-making abilities.
- Oversee the handling of IT technology projects in software or hardware systems.
Job Requirements
- Experience in managing teams of over 100 people.
- Strong project management skills and ability to lead large-scale projects.
- Expertise in QMS, IT infrastructure technologies, and ensuring quality and compliance across projects.
- Good understanding of IT governance and infrastructure.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Educational qualifications: B.Tech / B.E in CS/IT/EE or MCA; With 15 years of IT Experience.
