Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Provide technical support to end-users for desktop-related issues, including hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
- Troubleshoot common problems with Outlook email clients and resolve issues related to email setup and configuration.
- Collaborate with team members to identify root causes of recurring issues and implement solutions.
Job Requirements :
- 2-3 years of experience in IT support or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of OS installation (Windows) and basic networking concepts.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting common desktop-related issues using various tools such as antivirus software etc.
