Key Responsibilities Accountabilities
- Production of AU productions as per schedule
- Ensure Safety on shop Floor
- Track near miss, Track accidents, training on 5S Safety.
- QMS /EMS Compliance for department related activities.
- Adherence to agreed norms for schedule adherence and pending orders (ZVs)
- Increase in Productivity Nos /Person and ensure discipline on Shop, Material accountability.
- Ensure TPM, TQM initiatives and Safety improvement on Shop.
- Reduction in FTY loss (in dpm).
- Cost savings through Digitalisations, Small Automation, Value Engineering, Material and Labour productivity.
- Active participation in initiatives through various projects in lean/VSM/Poka-yoke/PFMEA
Functional competencies
- Knowledge on SAP MM
- Word/Excel/PPT
- Root cause analysis on Gaps QC tool
- Know how about GMP
- De-bottlenecking skills
