Position Title: Deputy Manager Product Quality (QC) Work Location: Vadodara Experience: Diploma ( 5-10 yrs) & Degree (3-6 yrs) Qualifications: B. E/B. Tech (Electrical)

Key Responsibilities/Deliverables (Min 4 need to be filled in decreasing order of importance)

Inspection of Electronics Products - subassemblies and finished goods and approving finished products. (APFC, iMMRelay, Solar Drive, EOLR, NPR etc).
Production line FTY monitoring and report release.
Line rejection monitoring & improvements projects to reduce rejection, defective sample analysis & corrective action reports.
Customer complaint analysis and Corrective action report.
Improvement projects like Six Sigma, QC story etc.
Handling various activities like Kaizen, skill matrix, etc.
Coordination with functions like Design, Engineering, Purchase and Suppliers for various developments, activities.
Operators shift management, handling various activities like Kaizen, skill matrix, HEP, OPL etc.

Functional Competencies: Quality function experience preferably in electrical manufacturing. Must have exposure to process and product requirement of applicable international standards. Engineering Drawing reading & Interpretation, Software knowledge like MS office, SAP.
