What would you do? Build trusted, collaborative relationships with the client and internal Talent Acquisition leadership. Understand business priorities and translate them into a practical delivery roadmap that improves hiring outcomes and candidate experience. Lead regular operational reviews, track performance against agreed metrics, and ensure clear governance, communication, and decision-making.Own end-to-end service delivery for recruitment operations across supported geographies. Monitor demand, pipeline health, capacity utilization, and time-to-fill; identify risks early and drive corrective actions. Partner with global delivery teams to resolve issues quickly and maintain consistent execution against SLAs/OLAs.Drive continuous improvement by deep-diving problem areas, removing bottlenecks, and standardizing best practices. Lead escalation management and define clear guidelines for issue triage and resolution. Bring an innovation mindset??identify opportunities for automation, reuse, and productivity gains that create measurable client value.
What are we looking for? 13+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition operations, HR consulting, or recruitment service delivery, with strong stakeholder and client management skills. Demonstrated ability to run governance cadences, interpret operational data, and lead teams (directly or via dotted-line influence) toward outcomes. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; comfortable working in fast-paced environments with changing priorities. Knowledge of recruitment process areas such as requisition management, sourcing, screening, onboarding, and retention. Proficiency with reporting and productivity metrics (e.g., capacity, trends, time-to-fill, SLA performance) and strong MS Office/Excel skills.Experience with HRIS/ATS ecosystems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Taleo or similar) and familiarity with technology configuration, gap assessment, and automation opportunities. Exposure to recruitment transformation programs, operating model design (global/local), and hypercare/go-live support. Knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma or operational excellence methods. Experience working with global teams and across time zones; cross-cultural communication skills. Understanding of market/competitor dynamics for high-volume or hourly hiring, and benchmarking/leading practices.
Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary operations partner for the client, ensuring a strong working relationship and clear governance.
  • Run performance reviews and manage KPIs, SLAs/OLAs, and improvement initiatives.
  • Own delivery health: demand forecasting, pipeline tracking, capacity utilization, productivity, and time-to-fill.
  • Identify service risks and execution gaps; escalate proactively and drive resolution with delivery teams.
  • Lead process deep dives; create mitigation plans and implement sustainable fixes.
  • Define and manage escalation guidelines, including triage, ownership, timelines, and communications.
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation; streamline workflows, maximize reuse, and reduce redundancy.
  • Provide recruitment process expertise across requisition, sourcing, screening, onboarding, and retention.
  • Advise stakeholders using data-driven insights and industry benchmarks.
  • Support technology and process changes, including testing, readiness, and go-live/hypercare activities.
  • Ensure compliance with data security, quality, and client requirements.
