What would you do
  • Applied Technology & Operations for Markets (ATOM) is a multi-client processing on-demand service platform. A trade processing service for the trading and treasury entities of our clients that they can plug onto in parts or entirely while focusing their efforts on what differentiates them on the market. ATOM BPaaS leverages cloud hosted architectures to deliver high quality run and change services. It integrates infrastructure and IT management services with business processes execution supported by an orchestrated layer of intelligent operations assets. , Trade settelments, validations, executions, across American/European/APAC Market . They will have a thorough understanding of securities settlement and up to date technical knowledge of various domestic markets settlement such as ICSDs, Crest, Spain, Italy, Scandinavian and emerging markets like Russia etc. Buy-in regulations Exchange deliveries CASS/CMAR regulations and reporting Exchange Futures deliveries Corporate action trade Expertise in dealing with transaction and position level Reconciliations Knowledge of T2S and CSDR projects Exchange-Moves In addition, they will be capable of working independently and innovatively, and have experience of running multiple teams in a high volume environment with multiple market deadlines. Knowledge of Swift Alliance, Euclid and Intellimatch would be an advantage. Part of Investment Banking team which specializes primarily in selling securities and underwriting the issuance of new equity shares to raise capital funds. They act as intermediaries between security issuers and investors and help new firms to go public. The team focuses on the life cycle of trade settlements from the middle office to back office. The team is responsible for the processing of trade settlements and deals with products like equity, fixed income and derivatives. The role may require for you to have expertise around trade validation, pre-matching, trade execution and post-trade settlements., Mandatory or ad-hoc communication with Regulators like CASS, EMIR, Mifid etc. as a part of a formal regulatory submission. Includes designing reporting frameworks, developing regulatory reporting tooling (EUCs, etc.) and reporting assurance frameworks.
