Roles Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead the development and refinement of AI and machine learning models to address complex business challenges.

Facilitate knowledge sharing and skill development within the team to foster continuous improvement.

Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with business objectives and timelines.

Professional Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Data Science.

Strong expertise in statistical modeling and predictive analytics techniques.

Experience with programming languages commonly used in data science such as Python or R.

Ability to work with large datasets and perform data preprocessing, cleaning, and transformation.

Familiarity with machine learning frameworks and libraries to build and deploy models.

Competence in interpreting model results and communicating insights effectively to stakeholders.

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Data Science.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
