Roles Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead the development and implementation of strategies to optimize model fine-tuning processes.

Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical skills and project contributions.

Coordinate cross-functional efforts to integrate model improvements into broader applications.

Monitor and evaluate model performance metrics to guide iterative enhancements.

Professional Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs).

Experience with natural language processing techniques and frameworks related to language model development.

Strong understanding of instruction fine-tuning methodologies and domain adaptation strategies.

Ability to analyze and interpret model outputs to identify areas for improvement.

Familiarity with programming languages commonly used in model development such as Python.

Experience working with large datasets and managing data preprocessing for model training.

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Large Language Models (LLMs).

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
