Data Quality Officer ( Contractual )

Role & responsibilities

• Review migrated content against source documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Validate document formatting, tables, images, links, and attachments.
• Identify and correct content migration defects and quality issues.
• Standardize document structure, headings, numbering, and layouts.
• Remove duplicate content and improve readability and usability.
• Track quality issues and coordinate with stakeholders for resolution.
• Support review workflows and ensure content is ready for publication.

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong attention to detail and quality control mindset.
• Experience in document management, content quality, or knowledge management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
• Ability to work with large volumes of content while maintaining accuracy.
