Data Engineering Manager

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design and implement ETL pipelines to extract, transform, and load data from multiple sources.
• Lead MDM development and governance, including Informatica MDM logic to support analytics and reporting use cases.
• Optimize and maintain ETL workflows for efficiency, performance, and operational reliability.
• Ensure data quality through testing, validation, and monitoring of data transformation layers.
• Drive delivery of production-ready data applications and maintain technical documentation for engineering and support teams.

Skills Required:

• 12 - 15 years of relevant data engineering experience, including ETL and MDM delivery
• MDM and Informatica MDM for master data integration and governance.
• ETL development with strong data integration fundamentals.
• Python and PySpark for scalable data transformation and processing.
• SQL-based data engineering practices for querying, optimization, and performance tuning.

Good to Have:

• Experience with Azure and Azure Databricks for data platform delivery.
• Experience with AWS Cloud for cloud-based data engineering.
• Hands-on experience with SQL-based data engineering patterns and query optimization.

Education : B.Tech, BCA, M.B.A., M. Tech, M.Sc., or MCA (or equivalent)
