Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, test, deploy and maintain large-scale data pipelines using Data Bricks on Microsoft Azure platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design solutions for complex data processing needs.
- Develop scalable and efficient SQL queries to extract insights from massive datasets stored in relational databases.
- Troubleshoot issues related to data pipeline failures or performance bottlenecks.
Job Requirements :
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role as a Data Engineer or equivalent experience in software development industry.
- Strong proficiency in Python programming language with expertise in working with big data technologies like Hadoop/Hive+.
- Experience with cloud-based platforms such as Microsoft Azure including storage services (Blobs), compute services (Virtual Machines) etc.
