Role Description


Responsible for delivering accurate performance reporting and developing executive-ready presentations by combining advanced Excel-based analysis with high-quality PowerPoint presentations.


Key Responsibilities


Reporting & Data Analysis

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly KPI reports using Advanced Microsoft Excel.
  • Analyze large datasets using advanced Excel functions, Pivot Tables, Power Query, formulas, charts, and dashboards.
  • Validate, reconcile, and maintain data accuracy across multiple sources.
  • Identify trends, variances, and performance gaps to support business reviews.
  • Ensure adherence to reporting governance, KPI definitions, and reporting standards.

Executive Presentation Development

  • Create executive-level presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint for business reviews and governance meetings.
  • Convert complex data into clear, visually engaging, and easy-to-understand presentations.
  • Maintain consistency in formatting, layouts, branding, and presentation quality.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to refine messaging and present key business insights effectively.

Stakeholder Coordination

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather reporting inputs.
  • Deliver reports and presentations within agreed timelines.
  • Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency before sharing reports.

Experience

  • 35 years of experience in Reporting, MIS, Business Analytics, or Performance Management roles.
  • Experience in GBS, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Shared Services environments is preferred.
  • Good understanding of operational KPIs and SLAs (TAT, Productivity, Quality, Adherence).

Mandatory Skills

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel (Power Query, Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, Advanced Formulas, Dashboards, Charts, Data Validation).
  • Expert-level Microsoft PowerPoint with strong presentation design and storytelling skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent attention to detail and stakeholder management.

Preferred candidate profile


  • 3 to 5 years of experience in Reporting, MIS, Business Analytics, or Performance Management roles.
