Customer Support Executive

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide customer support through phone calls, emails, or chats to resolve customer queries and concerns.
  
• Handle international voice process calls with excellent communication skills in English language.
  
• Assist customers with product information, order tracking, returns processing, and other related issues.
  
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
