As a Customer Care Executives, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients via calls and handle customer query.
Responsibilities:
- Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues and sales.
- Providing product/service information to customers
- Meeting and exceeding customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Minimum 12th pass qualification
- Skill Proficiency in Hindi/English language
- Fresher and experienced both can apply
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skill in English, Hindi& Bengali
- No leave requirement for upcoming 90 days
- Looking for Immediate joiners only
- Aadhaar should be linked with the candidates contact number
Shifts:
- Rotational shift, rotational WO.
- No night shift for female
- Any 9 hours during 7 AM to 8PM working window for female
- Any 9 hours for male
- 6 working days with 1 rotational week off
