Qualifications

Essential:

• Any bachelors degree.
• 0-2 years of experience in customer service or related roles is advantageous.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-first approach.
• Familiarity with CRM software and customer support tools.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, both independently and within a team.
• Demonstrated empathy, patience, and a passion for helping others.

Preferred:

• Knowledge of customer service best practices and industry trends.
• Strong multitasking abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to manage stress and resolve conflicts positively.

Week-off- Sunday
