Providing excellent customer service to all Rently users. An ideal candidate should be
comfortable with handling customer support requests through voice support. Candidate
should have excellent verbal communication skill. International voice experience is a plus.

Daily Tasks:
• Taking care of support requests through voice mediums.
- Maintaining high quality standards on customer experience
- Making real-time decisions
- Escalating high level requests to proper internal channels.
- Rently being an ISO certified company focuses on maintaining security, any
individual associated with Rently is expected to maintain the same.
Hours:
- Operating in US hours
- Be ready to work on night shifts and during weekends based on the work schedule
