Process: Domestic BPO - Voice Process

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
• Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information
• Communicate clearly in Marathi, Hindi, and basic English

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 12th Pass / Any Graduate
• Freshers & Experienced candidates both can apply
• Basic computer knowledge required
• Good communication skills in Marathi & Hindi (Basic English )
• Immediate joiners preferred

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: 13,700 In hand
• Unlimited Incentives (Performance-based)

Shift Details:

• 9:30am - 6:30pm
• Rotational Week Off
• Fixed Day Shift
