As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the initiative to design, develop, and configure software applications while serving as the main liaison for project-related communications. This role requires overseeing the progress of application development, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring that the solutions align with project goals. The position demands proactive engagement in problem-solving and decision-making to drive the successful delivery of software products, while maintaining clear and consistent communication across teams and clients.


Roles Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Core Java, Spring boot, Microservices API Development, React Js, JavaScript

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead the planning and execution of project tasks to ensure timely delivery.

Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.

Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to align project objectives.

Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to enhance team productivity and product quality.


Professional Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:
- Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.

Strong knowledge of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.

Experience with back-end development using Java and related frameworks.

Familiarity with database management and integration techniques.

Ability to design scalable and maintainable software architectures.

Understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.

This position is based at our Gurugram office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
