Roles Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team and project scope.

Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project milestones.

Professional Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.

Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles and their application within enterprise resource planning systems.

Experience in configuring and customizing SAP FI modules to meet business requirements.

Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical specifications.

Familiarity with integration points between SAP FI and other modules or external systems.

Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting implementations.

Should have FICO configuration experience

Central Finance experience(CFin).

The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.

Qualification 15 years full time education
